These terms apply to your use of this website and to enquiries you submit through it. By using the site you accept them. They do not replace the written quotation and scope for any painting work, which govern the work itself.

What this website is

This site describes the painting services Premium Walls offers in Bengaluru, explains how painting cost is assessed, and lets you request a site inspection or an estimate. It is information and an enquiry channel — it is not an offer capable of acceptance, and submitting a form does not create a contract.

Quotations and pricing

Any figure shown on this site, described as indicative, or given before a site inspection is an estimate for budgeting only. The final price for any work is the one set out in a written quotation issued after the surfaces have been inspected and measured, and after the scope has been agreed with you.

A quotation is valid for the period stated on it. Where the condition of a surface differs materially from what was visible at inspection, or where you change the scope, the quotation may need to be revised before work continues. We will explain any such change before proceeding.

Site inspections

Submitting the enquiry form records your preferred date and time; it does not confirm an appointment. Our team will contact you to agree a slot. Any condition attached to an inspection is communicated at that point.

Enquiries you submit

Please give accurate information about the property and the work you need. Do not submit another person’s details without their permission, and do not use the forms to send unlawful, misleading or abusive content. We may decline or withdraw from an enquiry.

Photographs you upload are used to assess the work. We will not publish an image of your property, or your name or words as a review, without asking you first and recording your permission. How enquiry data is handled is set out in our privacy policy.

Accuracy of this site

We keep the descriptions of services, preparation and materials as accurate as we can. Guidance on this site is general: the right preparation and paint system for a specific wall depends on its condition, and only an inspection can establish that. Nothing here should be treated as a technical recommendation for your property in advance of one.

Where a warranty is offered it is stated in writing with its coverage, duration and exclusions. Statements on this site do not by themselves create a warranty.

Content and trade marks

The text, photographs, layout and design of this site belong to Premium Walls or its licensors. You may read, share and print pages for your own use. Please do not copy or republish the content commercially without permission. Product and paint brand names mentioned belong to their respective owners, and their appearance here does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.

Links to other sites

Some links lead to services we do not control, such as WhatsApp or Google Maps. We are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change or withdraw content at any time. Service coverage depends on the property location, the scope of work and current team availability.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Premium Walls is not liable for loss arising from reliance on general guidance published here rather than on an inspection and written quotation. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Changes

If these terms change, the revised version will be published on this page.
